Show Day - Cloudy Wake at 10 - I manage to lie in bed until 11:15 or so. Last one to shower this morning. Comfortable bed but hot. We leave Morgantown by noon and drive North to PA. Show Day - Cloudy/Hot Rise at 10-10:30. Pack up and get "de-smelled" in the usual slow fashion. Pack van and go to "Bob Evans" - packed. We drive on - take Route 70 East and find another B/E down the road anyway's. Eat. I sleep in the van and wake up in Washington PA. Arrive in Morgantown about 6PM. Load in and set up and sound check. Show Day - Hot Awake at 2 in the afternoon. the Air conditioning is not working and the room is like a sweat box. We shower and watch a shitty movie about a women factory football team from Oklahoma [?!?] HA! HA! Dave R. calls desk - we get to switch to room next door - we make the switch. Show Day - Cloudy/Warm Up and out of the Shanghai Inn by 12:10 - we paid 40 cents for the overtime! Drive to Youngstown Ohio for a show at Cedars Lounge. Arrive in town and drive around - ugly town. Dave R. makes some calls - the radio station in Sharon PA has changed formats so no interview. We call the club and get directions. Show Day - Hot/Warm/Cloudy 75°-80° Woke at 10:30. I had showered and washed my hair last night so I got to relax for an extra 45 minutes. We get our act together and load up and out by noon. Day Off - Cloudy/Rain Woke up at 8 - no showers. Drank beer. Woke Steve. We all wore our sweaty clothes from last night. Got to the station at 8:30. Top 40 college radio sucks. Show Day - Sunny/Cool Woke late - 12 or so. We clean up and leave about 2:30. Steve walked with us down to the place on campus with all the restaurants. Show Day - Cold and Sunny Woke at 11:30 - very good nights sleep. Show Day - Sunny Set my alarm for 9 - had to go to Consolidated at 10 to pick up my last check up. Overslept - up at 10:15. shower - still drunk from last night.
