March 06, 1986 - Memphis, TN

Show Day - Sunny Up at 10. Shower - pack up and eat. Drive to Memphis - arrive at the "Antenna Club' early - check in isn't until 8:00. We park the van and go to cafe (3:30). Coffee, wander around, post office, phone calls. Music store finally has Dave B's bass strings. I go back to van and nap until 8:30. The Antenna Club was pretty dingy. We played there a few times. March 05, 1986 - Nashville, TN

Show Day - [no weather report] Up - drive to Nashville. Eat - go to club - "Exit/In". Load in, set up and check. OK sound. 'The End' from Dallas opening - nice guys - hang out and drink beer, wander around. I call home and buy "Drum" tobacco. The Exit/In is still around. I began smoking Drum back in art school. March 04, 1986 - Cincinnati, OH

Show Day - [no weather report] Up at 10 or so. Out at noon. Eat and drive to Cincinnati. Do laundry, mail stuff and go to club about 5 or so. Dave R. stays to make calls - us 4 go with Dan from the McGonigal Maniacs to radio interview - cool car with lots of stickers, air horn etc. Long Drive. 15 minute interview then back to club at 7:30. Show Day - [no weather report] Up at 11AM. Shower and TV. Rod puts on "Ilsa - She Wolf of the SS" - sick movie - especially at noon. Everybody up. Get Bill Levin up. We all drive over to Indianapolis to get check cashed. Here's the info on Ilsa from the IMBD. My only memory of it is of it's incredible low budget-ness. Show Day - Sunny/Sort Of Warm Up at 11AM. Cleaned up - eat French Toast. Out by 1PM. To Indianapolis. Drive and arrive at 6:45. Check in and go eat. Back at 7:45. Load in. 'Primates' play - boring. We play. Old high school gym. Bad sound - fun show. Tampons, bra's, cigarettes etc. Home to Bill Levin's - beer, TV - the Mentor's video. Bed. I think I'm listing the things thrown at us on stage.
