Up at 1:30 or so. Tom and Crystal had left for work early. We get up and clean up. Walk to phone and leave message for Dave R. then drive to Tom's work. We eat at Napoli Pizza out side on the deck and hang out a the record store. I see a pair of shorts I like but they're too much money - I'll wait until later this week.

Tom and Crystal were friends of Rodney and Joe's from their high school days.

Back to the house - unload van and drive to laundromat. We leave laundry with Rod, Dave and Joe. Lee, Dan and I go to car wash to wash and vacuum van - much better. We pick up a keg of beer then drive back. Dan wants to get his picture taken in front of the sunset. We drive to Siesta Beach and park and walk out to take pictures. I stick a hand in the water - WARM - 85°. I take my shoes off - more pictures. I decide - what the hell - I unload my pockets and shirt. I love the water here - clear, warm - it's almost not like the ocean - it's the Gulf. It seems like the biggest pool I've ever seen.

After the sunset we pick the others up and go back to the house. Set up beer in the shower. I pack van with guitars and sort laundry. Hang out - party begins - pizza arrives. People, beer etc. Play a Mexican dice drinking game - pointless. Party is over about 2:30 - 3 o'clock. To bed - I'm drunk.

Silly me - the point of the game is to get drunk.
