Show Day - Sunny/Sort Of Warm

Up at 11AM. Cleaned up - eat French Toast. Out by 1PM. To Indianapolis. Drive and arrive at 6:45. Check in and go eat. Back at 7:45. Load in. 'Primates' play - boring. We play. Old high school gym. Bad sound - fun show. Tampons, bra's, cigarettes etc. Home to Bill Levin's - beer, TV - the Mentor's video. Bed.

I think I'm listing the things thrown at us on stage. Great to see "The Ghost" again. Gee - the Mentor's would be good nightmare inducing material right before bed...

Mentors video? As in the LA porn metal/punk band? I've seen some of those they are pretty silly, kinda entertaining!

My one band Femsickliver is actually heavily influenced by them, we played with them in Akron last year, it was an ok show. We're also on the Mentors tribute cd. El Duce died in 97 though, so I imagine the real Mentors woulda been way better,hehehhe

You mean the Mentors live on without El Duce? Do they still wear the hoods and sing the about the four f's!?

Yes they still got the hoods and sing the 4 f's and all the classics. It was better when I saw them in 2002, cuz the bass player Dr. Heathen Scum was singing. When I saw them last year some guy El Rapo was singing and he totally sucked!

El Rapo is actually pretty damn good. I wasn't too keen on him at first, cause Dr. Scum's vocals are cool, but hearing him on disc, he ain't bad.
