Show Day - Sunny/Hot 90°

Up noonish. Coffee, clean up, pack up. 'Glass Eye' and us drive to Dallas at 4 or so - playing the "Theatre Gallery". Arrive at 7-8 or so. Nice big place. Sound Check and eat Mexican again.

Back to club - poor promotion. 'Glass Eye' play to 20-30 people. We play - 30 people. Sound is OK. Show is OK. Mara from Swarthmore shows up. We pack up and say goodbye to 'Glass Eye'. Drive to Fort Worth to stay with Mara. Eat - sleep at 3AM.

HMMMMM… Swarthmore College and Mara… I seem to remember a show at the college put on by Mara, but I don’t know what year it was. I think we played with the Fabulous Fondas and possibly one other band. My only firm memory of the show was Rodney swinging from a hanging light fixture during our set.
