Day Off - Sunny/Hot

Up late. Lazed around - TV - coffee. Rod and I stayed at Terry's while Joe and Dave B. and Dave R. went to Enigma. Good news - #19 on the CMJ list. We placed above a record that was pushed by Enigma. They [Joe and Dave B. and Dave R.] were treated very well. Got 10 promos to send to clubs. Party gig on Saturday, radio interview on Monday, radio show on Tuesday, shows Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

Things seem a little cheerier here but I think it's terrible that we got a better reception only as soon as they realized we might actually sell a few records.

I went to pool and got some sun. Lazed around, watched TV, Letterman and to bed at 12:30.

Has Letterman really been on the air that long!?
