Woke at 12:30 or so. I got up and had a beer for breakfast. Others got cleaned up and went for breakfast. I got a shower and they came back. I left and ate at Mickey D's. Looked for post box - no luck.

I wonder what inspired me to have a beer for breakfast? I can remember one time when we all had beer for breakfast. We were on tour and playing a show in Syracuse, NY. For some reason we were booked to appear on the "crazy" morning show of the college radio station the next morning. After the show and the fun that followed, we were in no mood to get up at 7 to be cheerful on the radio. We decided that no showers and beers all around were in order. Teeth brushing? - forget about it. We weren't booked for anymore early morning radio shows again.

Back at house - lazed around. Watched Star Trek 3 and Conan The Destroyer. Drank beer and ate hot dogs, burgers, beans, chips - played guitar. "Angry Red Planet" left about 10PM - off to Denver. We lazed around. Eric and Keith to bed. Us to bed about 1:30. Dave R. in Van. We have to get up at 9AM - leave K.C. by 11.
