Browse my last.fm. I do love music.

http://www.last.fm/user/Satoshi-catboy/library

Also, it's a little humorous, Rob Crow related bands appear four times on the first page (Thingy, Heavy Vegetable, solo, Pinback).
Joe's also on there three times (DM, Touch Me Zoo, solo).
The unofficial archivist. Keep digitizing those old recordings everybody!

Current Projects: A stack of tapes from Timothy, will be hopefully getting those finished soon! Lotsa upgrades to things that have been circulating for a while.

Besides the Dead Milkmen, the only other thing I own is Billy Ocean's Greatest Hits but that's been stuck in the cassette player in my El Camino since 1987.

Mang... your list has a fair amount of my faves on there. I've had MOAM? on the brain lately. N.Dorphins has some great stuff too. I'm a big Stan Ridgway/WOV fan... going to see him this Saturday. He's got a new album out and you should all check it!

I'll add the following...

Cab Calloway
Oingo Boingo
The Cure
Junior Brown
Danny Gatton
Frank Zappa
The The
Gomez
Beck
Flaming Lips
Paul Gilbert
Buckethead
Big Bang (aka BigBang... Norwegian band... not the Korean boy pop group)
Keith Musig
Coheed and Cambria
Shriekback (also coming out with another new album... FYI)
XTC
Link Wray
Gorillaz
Beatallica
Bambi Molesters
Blues Brothers
Wesley Willis
Adrian Legg
Wire
Frank Chickens
Lenine
Black Crowes (hated them in high school... dig them now)
Peter Murphy/Bauhaus
Beatles, especially George Harrison's solo stuff
Prince
Tom Jones
Screamin' Jay Hawkins
The Voodoo Organist
Freur/Underworld
Radiohead
Sugarcubes
Muddy Waters
Buddy Guy
BB King
Albert King
Los Straitjackets
Peter Gabriel/PG era Genesis
Mary's Danish

... that's a good start.

Speaking of Mary's Danish...

If you liked them (and hated the fact that their label dumped them in the middle of a tour and stranded them in contract hell) then you may like a couple project some of the members did afterward.

Check out Battery Acid... album title "Rita." Three MD members and an edgier sound.

Julie Ritter's solo album... good stuff.

Then there's Rob Rule with a couple MD members... didn't like it so much. And James Bradley Jr (drummer extraordinaire) moved on to do a ton of stuff, but I'm ignoring the fact that he was ever in Crazy Town. Oh well...
