Black Flag:
They suck. They have an anti-beer-drinking song, titled, Six Pack. They are the anti-FEAR.

The Plasmatics:
The Archies of punk.

The Dictators:
I once bought a cassette tape of theirs based upon what I read in Rolling Stone. That was mistake number two.

Lemmy & His Skin Tags:
Just Awful.

In my own opinion Black Flag was amazing, and also (fact) that song Six Pack was not an anti-beer song, it was a song written by Greg Ginn about Keith Morris. Six Pack is about Keith Morris' excessive drinking. They are not telling anyone not to do it, they are just poking fun at Morris and his ways back then.

Yes, I also think the rest of the bands listed suck.

I'll add a few more to my "Own Personal Opinion" list...

The Dead Boys
Just trash...and not in a good way.

The Crass
Eh just a little too pompous for me.
It's all about Rudimentary Peni

The Dwarves
They are horrible, and they are assholes.

I once bought 2 used Black Flag CDs. I bought them because everyone said they were great. I gave them both fair listens and then resold them. Bleurgh!

Stiv Bators once pantsed Mark Mothersbaugh during a Devo set. Shortsed actually.

Where did you hear that? In the rock press probably. "Most rock journalism is people who can't write, interviewing people who can't talk, for people who can't read."

Plus you never heard a FEAR song chiding Lee Ving about the amount of brewskis he threw back, did you?
