Hey, how was that after party? I have a feeling that it was pretty wild! _________________ The unofficial archivist. Keep digitizing those old recordings everybody!

What a blast!
I just stayed at KFN and we had a great time - it turned into a bad dance party soon after the show ended.
Also - Rodney, the Punk Rock Flea was AMAZING today! |

The show was fantastic. Everybody was on (as usual), and just look at Dandrew's enthusiasm! It was refreshing to see him not stuffed in the back corner (not that he had anywhere to go in that space; it's about the size of a shoebox). The crowd was remarkably (curiously) subdued and polite. Nobody was out of control as far as I could tell, and my tolerance for madness is minimal. Lots of familiar and new faces there.
Lettuce, check your fb email. Something's waiting for you. |

I'm surprised to see Space Age Love Song on there, I love me some Flock of Seagulls. Telecommunications anyone? _________________ "Do you know what it's like to be violated by a 300-pound Filipino skinhead named Gunther? It ain't no picnic!" |

Rodney (just now, without even trying, my fingers typed "Rodent" instead of Rodney, no kidding. Anyway), there's a lot on your list I don't even recognize. Am I that disconnected from the music scene or should I assume there are a lot of rarities and underground acts in this equation?
Lettuce, thanks so much for doing this. Very much appreciated. |
