| Salt Lake City is nice...lots of Mormons huh? Ive passed through that area once on my way out west. I like that Wesley Willis ending, I didn't think I had ever heard that one before. I remember the band that went on before him kept asking him if he was almost ready to "rock the place" and then you would hear him from all the way in the back of the venue sitting at his distro table telling them "shut up" and "quit putting me on a hellride." Also...during the show someone barked out a request and he told them "shut up, I am trying to program distortion guitars" while fiddling around with his casio keyboard. Haha requests didnt really work since he generally would just flip through a composition notebook and sing whatever song he randomly turned to over the same melody. |

First off, Welcome back to the homeland. And second, I missed the chance to see the Mummies play a show a few months past and I'm still kicking myself for it. _________________ happy cows give sour milk. |

Word, good lookin out!
I actually just watched it tonight. My cable provider doesn't carry the station that aired it, so I had to go through the boxes in my garage and find my old rabbit ears and digital converter. I gotta say, though, the picture and sound quality was damned impressive- I got much better reception here in Knoxville than I did in stupid Central Florida (where last I used them).
It was a good doc, I learned some stuff I didn't know, and some of theold footage was remarkable. Plus seeing Kendall join them on stage after 15 years without contact was amazing. He's still nuts, tho... _________________ Let Stand No Dance Leg Quiet. |

My brother lives in England. Apparently there is an easy way you can hack most DVD players to make them region free. It involves punching in codes on your remote control the way you would punch in cheat codes on a video game.
I've never tried it, but apparently you can google your model of DVD player and find the code you need.
I send Ray American DVDs and they work fine for him. _________________ Let Stand No Dance Leg Quiet. |

I tried, mate. The result was, I needed a new DVD-player, 'coz you lose your
guarantee...
My complaint about this lies deeper... |

My last.fm is a bit outdated since I haven't used it in quite a while, but it offers a decent cross section of stuff I dig on.

To put it another way, these days I mostly listen to grindcore/thrash, sprinkle in some hardcore punk, old school death metal (mostly Swedish), electronic music (mostly IDM) and some new wave on occasion. _________________ eh |
