Don't Forget! April 15th at the World Cafe Live!
With On The Water and the Down Town Club.
7:00 pm. 3025 Walnut St, Philadelphia.
It's a fundraiser for the Clark Park Music and Arts Community, who, of course, put on the Semi-Annual Clark PArk Music And Arts Festival (AKA The Clark Park Festival) which has, in the past featured The Dead Milkmen, Burn Witch Burn, The Low Budgets, Joe Jack Talcum, and many others AND has been emceed by Rodney Anonymous... as well as showcasing every variety of local music for 42 damn years now! This is definitely a festival worth supporting, PLUS you get to go see Joe play to do it- you can't possibly go wrong!

It seems they're requesting a $7 donation or more for the 4/15 show. SEVEN MEASLY BUCKS!! Well worth it!

I had to drop off the bill after they told me I was not going to get paid because it is a benefit.

Yes, I am playing this show. Thanks for the reminder, Donno. I had not listed it because I had not heard back from the Cloud Entertainment guy. Maybe the message went into spam. Or maybe they think I'm on Facebook. Anyway, I see the show is listed on the WCL site and I'm on the bill. Looking forward to it.

I'm actually coming to town to teach classes on the 16th, 17th and 18th. I'm trying to arrange my travel plans so that I'll be there for the evening of the 15th and can make it to the show.
