Can someone help an illiterate like me? For some reason when I click the 'Buy' link it tells me it's 'In Cart'. When I try to checkout, nothing happens. I installed Java this morning but that didn't do the trick. Any suggestions, besides me being an idiot???

I'm thoroughly enjoying my copy. Is the title, "Commodify Your Dissent," a reference to the Baffler collection of the same name?

Sweet. My CD arrived yesterday. Looks and sounds great.

One question about the photos. Whose hand is reaching into the frame on the photo inside the CD case and what is he/she writing in the tablet?

(Friend of the band Mike Ace's handywork...)

@psh - the hand in the tray photo belongs to milkmen manager David Reckner...

He's probably writing "why did I ever get involved with these assholes..."

True Fact:

If my mail man shows up again tomorrow without my copy of the CD in his bag, I am going to punch him in the throat.
Hard.
He may die.
So let's all keep our fingers crossed for him.

HOLY COW!

I know I'm a bit Johnny-come-lately with experiencing the new album and saying how great it is, but damn! It delivers!

I was a good boy and after hearing the first few tracks on YouTube, I decided to not listen to the album until i could listen to it the whole way through, like a child not peaking at his presents until Xmas day.

I wasn't expecting such an influx of emotions and thoughts like: when was the last time I actually listened to a cd and read the entire liner notes while the music played? or the fact that this is the first time I was listening to a new DM record, in which I knew about the band beforehand. They became my favorite band, my anthem, and my thing 3 years after they broke up (or after stoney's was released) back in high school 1998. So I found most of their stuff in the used sections of music stores (a "Wherehouse" to be exact, if you can remember those) and never had the anticipation or the climax of opening a "new" cd by my favorite band.

It really is a great Dead Milkmen album and the sound quality seems better than any album in memory ( the extra instruments are fused so well.. And thank Christ we got a Low Budgets sounding organ in there..that made me happy). I knew you guys could make great music still because your solo stuff and reunion shows were always tight, but you blew it out of the water. It's like you shit gold bricks or something, it's just in you and flows naturally like scatological humor for me.

I think it's been more unsaid then said, but Dandrew, sir? I always apreciated your music and your bass playing with the Low Budgets, but You will from now on be a Milkman and not the guy to "fill in" so to speak. I salute you.
