I'm kind of surprised you're a Nasum fan. Seems a little too mainstream and polished for your tastes.

Well, for whatever reason there's been a slew of lo-fi bands lately going on the Agathocles card and putting out TONS of shitty 4-track recordings of sloppy and poorly written songs with no clarity, so listening to something like Nasum seems kind of refreshing. It's not my favorite thing in the world, but Grind Finale is also not their most polished material either... it's old shit.

Alex, I haven't listened to the new Municipal Waste yet and I doubt I'll bother. Waste 'em All can't be fucked with though.

I also happen to be going to Maryland Death Fest this weekend. I haven't been buying any new records/CDs for the last month or so because I'm pretty much expecting to blow a massive load there. So this thread will be filled with shiny new pictures when I get back.

Municipal Waste hasn't put out anything memorable since they signed to Earache if you ask me.
I've also been hearing their shows have gotten way shittier lately.
