The Dead Milkmen Archives

A new site called The Dead Milkmen Archives is now online. This is a site devoted to showcasing ephemera, bric-a-brac, and just plain old junk associated with the band.
The site contributors hope to post photos of objects and items pulled out of storage boxes in basements, band photos and tour documents, set lists, merchandise and video props etc.
Site readers will have the opportunity to post comments and compare notes.
Sit back and enjoy the crap.

I still have all my Dead Milkmen newsletters and actual letters that the band sent me…I had a huge crush on Jasper. I also have all my stubs, and many many playlists that I begged for all autographed! I will have to get out the ole digital camera and snap some pics!
Love you guys!

i am sad. i had to go to the hospital a few weeks ago, and in the shuffle a cop confiscated my phone, which had my irreplaceable picture of me with joe when i had the honor of meeting him at the low budgets video shoot. those ass clown pigs! so if you are reading this joe, hope you dont mind if i ask for another pic if i see the low budgets when you guys get back from europe (which by the way, i hope has been a fun tour)
this new site is fantastic. nice to get to see all the old pictures, flyers etc….

Big lizard is still on my top 10. Serrated Edge!!!
Beelzebubba still one of the best album names ever.
Thanks for giving me a musical alternative to cookie-cutter-top-40 crap and aging hippies when I really needed it. You guys always helped me get my crazy on. Long live The Dead Milkmen!

my son brought your name to my attention during being on the road with his band jpage. I looked up your website because I couldnt remember except that I had seen a CD in his pathfinder one day and I was pleased to see it. They play up and down the east coast. Just catching up on things I have forgotten, easy to do when you were 16 when Alman brothers went on tour in the 70’s. Great to see someone almost from my generation still out there rocking. Will try to catch a show. It was really awesome for my son, he had a great tour of the northeast. We are from the southeast. Come anytime and enjoy our famous southern hospitality. Our turf is from atlanta to gainesville with all parts in between

I love the Dead Milkmen. Too bad you guys don’t play anymore. I have almost every record you all put out. My favorite is “Beelzebubba” and “Big lizard in my backyard” I still rock you guys in my car often! Lots of love. Fan since ‘88. R.I.P. Dave Blood

Can fans get in on this? I have a vintage Elsie tee and sutter has a signed photo of some dude with a rolling rock and an orange. I think Joe sent it, though he will tell you that he thinks it was Rod.
