100% of your donation goes to Studenica. There are no hidden fees. You make your check out directly to St. Sava Church, a US branch of the Serbian Orthodox Church, and all the money will then be transferred to Studenica Monastery. There are no administration fees or percentages taken off the top.

100% of your donation is applicable for a tax deduction. Talk to your accountant about how much you donate to charities each year and whether or not you should itemize. St. Sava Church has 501c3 status. Make sure to state that you want a receipt and to include a mailing address so that a receipt can be sent to you.

If you need to reach Dave’s estate, write to Jennie Dunham at the PO box in Croton Falls, New York listed below. Jennie Dunham was one of Dave’s two best friends. She is the Administrator of his estate and set up the contact with the monastery so that donations would be tax deductible. At his ashes ceremony, she took a vow to bring the money from Dave’s estate and the donations to Studenica monastery in person. The trip is still in the planning stage.

If you donate $10 or more, you will receive a Dave Blood magnet. The magnets are funded separately by Dave’s estate to encourage donations. No part of the money donated to St. Sava Church is taken from donations to pay for the magnets. Please include your return address and allow plenty of time to receive your magnet.

Special Thanks to Brian “Bubonic” Williams and Seven Morris for persistence when the Croton Falls post office returned donations because they didn’t inform the mail sorter that the box had been rented for 2 months.
